How does the invisible force of the world’s richest families rule over the world’s leaders, governments and their media (CFR) and the Federal Reserve Bank as well as all of the World’s Central Banks?

With, well over 700 trillion dollars of holdings at pre-pandemic levels the Rothschild family rules the world and holds the Nov. 2018 patent to the Corona Virus and they also own an animal vaccine laboratory located, just south of Wuhan, China.

They are just one, of a dozen families, who are very interested in the depopulation of the world. Together using their pharmaceutical, fossil fuel and military industries, they all help in completing their mission of depopulation of the planet.

The first signs of the virus were found in the sewers in Barcelona, Spain – March of 2019. Why is this rarely mentioned? This family is encouraged to reside in strategic locations of the world. All the pieces come together when you look into Rockefeller Medicine (WHO) and the corruption of health care systems throughout the world. Dig deeper if you, want to know. Watch this podcast:

Truth Exposed!

They help some in order to ultimately save the planet from the ravishes of overpopulation, pollution and the climate crisis, how ironic. We need to be fair and balanced.

The World Is On Fire

No one has a clue to how many current fires there are. How disturbing! Check for yourself, no one is keeping track. Whose in charge, who cares? Search yourself! Maps with a lot of red locations, but nobody is keeping count! What does that say about the climate crisis efforts? Capitalist sociopaths and psychopaths, those that extract, monopolize, while placing lies to capitalist run media (CFR), keep secrets and misinforms, until when? We are mostly, finished? Stop Tahoe Ecocide

Scheme Threatens South Lake Tahoe – (last update: 5/30/24) Barry – bwwtahoe@protonmail.com

In the words of a great President and conservator Theodore Roosevelt ” Nine-tenths of wisdom consists in being wise in time.” The worlds best water is here, in South Lake Tahoe. Protect its source. This amazing 280 acre gene bank of species lining these two tributaries are in threat of being loss to ecocide. Why, because this paradise provides a haven for the homeless. In 2017 Homeland Security devise this plan to deal with South Lake Tahoe’s very small homeless issue. It has been blown it way out of proportion in order to justify ecocide and the thief of privacy.

When a relationship of such trust and confidence that it is clear that one party could overpower the other’s free will, then it is time to prevent this federal undue influence over the jewel of the Sierras and stop this ecocide!

This unique project EIP # 00989 Trout Creek SEZ Restoration, Phase II (CTC) Restoration of SEZ floodplain and stream bank between Martin Dr. and Hwy 50. – In short, native Americans control burn 280 acres of old growth trees by two sensitive creek banks Cold Creek and Trout Creek between houses and critical infrastructure.

Extending the catastrophic Caldor Fire’s edge to Hwy 50, years later is a slap in the face to firefighters and home owners who risk their lives to stop it where they did. Fortunately, the City of South Tahoe was spared. It’s not the time to force this on us again.

Now, back to back El Nino’s has raised water tables in California. This seven years old fire suppression plan is no longer appropriate. The Caldor Fire removed those neighboring harmful fuels for us. Locals and wildlife have suffered greatly. Let’s, not be the victims again!

Lord, they no not what they do! Love thy neighbor. In my view, Homeland Security is forcing our community to accept harmful measures that threaten our very existence. Not unlike terrorism by their own definition.

6 U.S.C. § 101 – U.S. Code – Unannotated Title 6. Domestic Security § 101.

(16) The term “terrorism” means any activity that–

(A) involves an act that–

(i) is dangerous to human life or potentially destructive of critical infrastructure or key resources;  and

(ii) is a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State or other subdivision of the United States;  and

(B) appears to be intended–

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;  or

(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.

We need to file a temporary restraining order. Grasp this golden opportunity to help. The DHS, City, LTCC, STPUD and Tahoe Conservancy pledge 8 million dollars, seven years ago for this bizarre fire suppression project.

Projects like this are not worth the risk. Lets be thankful, the fire ended where it did. The evacuation cost me my dog. After being forced from her home. Peaches succumb from that horrific smoke when the winds died at dust. While in Nevada, air was overall very unhealthy. After she grasp her last breath. A bear smelled the blood that suddenly developed from the corpse. Within minutes, empty the contents from the coolers outside my RV.

This forest service industry trope saying, old growth forest is bad because it is not new growth. Says Mother Nature, the miracle of being, got it wrong. We’ll fix it, burn the old growth and call it restoration. A key part of wildfire suppression can’t mean ecocide, inside this unique vacation town? There are far too many assets surrounding these precious wildlife assets. The erosion from this burn and post-fire will increase flooding, ash and sediment input will negatively impact our lake.

Just restore the mountain beavers! Make it a sanctuary like it struggles to be. After all our commerce, comes from nature and we save on bullets.

On October 26, 2023, their arguments to me were these trees were not here 150 years ago so they need to go? They cut one tree down at the Washoe rock so not to scotch it during their pending fires.

Homeland Security’s ecocide scheme is to divide the city right in half using military tactics, burn pits and scotched earth policies. There is one such burn pit already started. They left a big homeless mess next to a huge pile of slash for a fire starter pile.

Now, seven months later, the trash has spread widely by the wind. It is now an unsightly mess. To draw sympathy, they left it out, staged to draw more homeless in. They succeeded to draw in two more encampments, that have since left. I have begun to clean it up. It been their plan all along to make the problem appear bigger than it is, ahead of the ecocide.

I emailed “Keep Tahoe Blue”, Memorial Day and all three were quickly cleaned up. These experts of knowledge concerning the city’s historic homeless situation, do great work, they deserve our applause.

They want to steal our privacy. Before construction of the new Trout Creek Bridge, Homeland Security had an inspection of the meadow. On August 11th & 12th, 2017 maybe a hundred, law enforcement officials camped out at the college woods next to STPUD.

I believe their security mission was to end homeless encampments and take away privacy from home owners. This ecocide will kill off or force out critical wildlife assets and home owners from the city. The Trout Creek meadow is public and many knew of this ecocide project and kept it secret. Only Homeland Security could force this on us, there is still time for recourse.

For those hundreds of effected homeowners. Get a free estimate from Zillow of your property’s value, now! Ahead of this potentially destructive event. So to know how much compensation you’re afforded.

What Legal Claims Might We Bring Against DHS or its Agents?

People have bad encounters with DHS all the time. Some of those encounters might give rise to legal claims. What those claims might be depends on what DHS or its agents may have done and the relief we are seeking.

Federal Tort Claims Act

Our first claim may lie under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). The FTCA is a federal law that lets people sue the United States for the wrongful conduct of government employees that causes personal injury or property damage. If we wanted to sue the government for, say, negligence, we would sue under the FTCA.

We have to follow specific procedures under FTCA or we won’t be able to file a lawsuit. We first must file a written claim with DHS within two years of when our claim arises or else we are barred. Our claim needs to be complete and must include an amount for the damages we are seeking.

DHS then has six months to investigate our claim and possibly reach a settlement with us. If we don’t hear from DHS or are unable to settle with them within six months, then we may bring a lawsuit in federal district court.

There are limits on an FTCA claim. we present the case to a federal judge; we do not get a jury. The only damages the judge can award are compensatory damages (damages to compensate us for our actual losses). We cannot recover punitive damages (damages intended to punish the wrongdoer for outrageous conduct) or attorneys’ fees.

The City, LTCC, STPUD and Tahoe Conservancy also bear responsibility. Freedom and rights are coupled with limits and duties. Your right to swing your fist ends at the point where the other fellow’s nose begins. If others are to respect our rights, we must also respect theirs. The city is required to protect citizens both individually and collectively. The 14th Amendment guarantees the right of all persons against action by the state which might deprive them of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, or which might deny them equal protection of the law.

These agencies all do wonderful work but this perverse project shows they can be dangerous and ecologically irresponsible. Please file a TRO on behave of homeowners or a civil case against this ecocide. I’ll be your expert witness. Save the city from itself. They can’t want this. It’s unlike every project that came before with the possible exception of the Tahoe Keys. Where the evasive species including mud snails have spread to Taylor Creek and beyond.

Property devaluations, civil liability and big losses may follow. Wildlife, habitat loss and a scenic disaster is not good for the City. Nor is a mature meadow devastated by intentionally burning conifers.

Where once a lush meadow, shelter to birds and birds of prey, bears, mountain beavers, ducks, coyotes, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, mountain lions and bobcats, plus many more. Driven from their homes by a man-made ecocide?

Where are they going to go? Their creek side haven has been burnt. Life without them won’t be the same. Instead, 1. Let the beavers be! They will thin the trees and raise the water table at the same time. Our problem is being without them for hundreds of years. https://wisdomvision.com/ideal-fix/

City, here is your chance, establish a new Mountain Beaver Sanctuary, instead. The habitat benefits to bio-diversity and to the environment are numerous. Stop killing them and reverse climate change while improving habitats and bio-diversity. Beavers create more sources of water to draw from. This is our best chance to curb species extinction, add diversity, boost the water cycle and solve the climate crisis.

Beavers cherish water so much, they save it up. And, they are a big part of the solution. So let them live and they’ll help us live. Together working with beavers we can save the planet from climate change. Let’s put them to work. They recently restored the Colorado River flows to the Gulf of California while increasing habitats to many nearly extinct species during the US Southwest current drought.

2. Post three dozen Mountain Beaver Sanctuary – “Day Use Only” signs at the entrance of trails leading to the meadow. Illegal human activity such as the dozen or so incidences of homeless encampments over 13 years would cease.

I know because I notified the college and others of the ones this side of Hwy 50. Including the big one south of the Martin Bridge. They chose to look the other way, allowing it to get worse. Nothing to be hysterical over or churn the city’s rumor mill, but the city may go bust over this. This is a very serious betrayal of the citizens trust.

Instead, let it be and save 8 million dollars, take a couple of tiny steps. If the injunction is ever lifted to STPUD’s 5G antenna, the wildlife will also vanish and so will the locals. Someone, somewhere keeps the switch off. Thank-you, long may you live! https://wisdomvision.com/5g-harms/

I have lived in South Tahoe for 32 years with a perfect work attendance, (ie. Tahoe Queen, Caesar’s, Camp Concord – City of Concord, LOOK Home Inspection – proprietor , Lakeside Inn, Tahoe Keys Property Owners Assoc. and Lakeside Park Assoc. – Water Plant) Born in the year of Dragon, possessing natural courage, tenacity, and intelligence, often displaying enthusiasm and confidence.

Thirteen years I’ve regularly walk this lush meadow. Losing the wildlife would be devastating. What is likely to happen is a rush to sell homes and properties de-valuated. I have heard from several who are leaving.

Who wants to live next to a disaster zone, where once a paradise stood? Now, devoid of privacy. A wasteland of evasive species, marshes, mosquitoes and hundreds of stumps scared black by fire.

I’ve spoken with those working on this project at the meadow. I asked them, who vandalized this mature tree growing out of a Washoe rock outcrop, by cutting it down? After a couple of days they brought the tree they cut down, back. Then stood it up on a ledge, overnight. Like a badge of honor, a perfect Christmas tree. Locals use to decorate it with ornaments on the 4th of July, Halloween and Christmas.

They claimed they have meant with the Washoe’s leadership and agreed to turn the meadow back to the way it looked 150 years ago. Just for kicks! I could not believe my ears. I said, that’s sick! Who informed locals? They are going to control burn conifers obliterating a healthy mature meadow and endanger lives? To create a marsh environment full of burned stumps and mosquitoes that take us backwards in time.

Say goodbye to the mushrooms from conifers because this disrupts the fragile balance that goes on underground.

Overlooked and underappreciated, mushrooms, the fruiting bodies of fungi and mycelium, play a crucial and multifaceted role in maintaining the health and vitality of our meadow ecosystems. They perform nutrient cycling to plant health and climate regulation. This projects cuts off their life support making it uninhabitable.

The government hired Washoe Indians and blindsided us. People will do anything for money. Raise you voice, against this tragedy in the making. They will blame it on the Indians, not DHS if something goes wrong. Can our local fire fighting resources even handle, tens of homes on fire at once? I doubt it!

The Washoe’s are assisting in burning of 280 acres of conifers both sides of Trout Creek Meadow, center of town next to hundreds of homes and endanger critical infrastructure. Between Martin and 50 Hwy, Golden Bear and Cold Creek. I wonder if they will relocate Meek’s Lumber and evacuate the neighbors, a head of the fire? Controlled burn is an oxymoron. https://prescribed-fire.extension.org/weather-conditions-for-controlled-burns/

I have fought many getting out of control. The dew point changes, the wind picks up and swirls. Their favorite times to burn. There goes our town! Has there been an EPA impact statement or any impact study?

My house was built in 1956 with an 8 x 5 picture window pointed to look right at the lake.  I fantasized about  a wind storm that would level the trees in its way. Now, the government wants to do it. I need to watch what a wish for.

When you lose the trees, you lose the ability to relieve yourself in private and get out from under storms. Creating fewer birds and more mosquitoes. Conifers use their needles to keep warm, generate nutrients and hold in moisture. These shade trees grow grasses, mushrooms, wildflowers and provide wildlife habitats.

Post tragedy, a meadow walk will show many ugly structures. STPUD and college buildings to the east, Hwy 50 traffic report straight ahead and a scenery changed by fire. A trail of rundown houses to the south and west. One has an old shiny metal roof that glimmers through the trees. Once gone, it will be blinding me. Like the headlights from HWY 50. Now, we’ve lost views and need to close our blinds. Homeland security using 5G technology can see through walls, unless they are metal. They can view everything we do with incredible detail. https://wisdomvision.com/5g-harms/

The resulting wasteland will leave a stark marsh.  The view will not be pretty. It will never take the place of our privacy. You’ll need waders to get close to Trout Creek or fish in private. Meanwhile, think of the view a scorched meadow. Ask the victims of the Caldor Fire what happen to their property values when the trees around them were scorched and left scared from fires. No more fires please! I remember driving on the opposite side of the road during the evacuation?

At this moment, trees and wildlife are abundant, thriving! Let’s not lose what we have. Losing this meadow and privacy would rip the heart from my chest. Set my world on fire. If we let this happen, it will be another 150 years before Mother Nature can do it again. Another Tahoe Keys ecological disaster? We can’t afford radical changes to our environment and property values.

This site provides a method to spread the word. Stop this ecocide! It is bad for the city. Use this site to air your concerns and get updates. What is clear it’s time for a mountain beaver sanctuary, as a new tourist draw. Spread the word before it is, too late.

They wish to reveal illegal human activities and burn out the wildlife. One simple thing ends the homeless issue, signs. Mother Nature has been doing it wrong for 150 years? So burn up 280 acres of the most sensitive creek beds, blame the Indians and start over? Lose this visual feast wonderland to a deliberate fire?

I was suddenly surprised by a Goshawk on 12/13/2023. I was at a favorite spot the Trout Creek horseshoe bend slated to be burnt. He perched on a big limb just above me. We watched two circling Osprey’s overhead together. What a moment it was three birds of prey at the same time. Last Spring 2023 a film crew was here making a movie.

12/20/23 I was again rewarded by a beautiful bobcat who visited me at home. I have been getting all these signals from the wildlife. They sense something is coming!
